The two appetizer names

Garlic knots on the Bravo menu are not an open bucket. The appetizer list has Garlic knots (5) and Garlic Knots Parmigiana (5). Both are orders of five. The parmigiana version is its own item, not a note you add in the comment box and hope for. Order either one at order.bravopizzasi.com.

The photo shows golden knots on a metal tray beside a cup of marinara. The item pages do not print a dough recipe or a garlic measurement, so this post does not invent one. A tray when five is not enough

Catering lists Garlic Knots as a half tray and a full tray. That is the path for a party, an office, or a friends dinner that would burn through several orders of five. Prices stay on the catering page. Call (718) 317-1010 if you need the shop to tell you how a tray compares with the five-piece order. This page will not guess a piece count for the tray.

Knots sit next to almost everything else: a pie, a hero, escarole and beans, or a pasta. They are also the add-on people forget until the pizza is already ordered. Add them on the same ticket. The family has made pizza since 1985. This location opened in 2020.

When you can get them

Hours are 11 AM to 1 AM daily. The full menu runs until 11 PM, then the Extended Hours menu. Garlic knots (5) and Garlic Knots Parmigiana (5) are not on that late list. If the order is after 11 PM, look at the Extended Hours menu before you count on knots. Wings, pies, and rolls are the items that list shows.
