The hero, the tray, and the other sausage

Sausage and peppers at Bravo is not one button. The hero menu lists Sausage & Peppers. Catering lists Sausage & Peppers as a half tray and a full tray. A side order named Sausage is a different item. A Sausage Roll, under Calzones and Rolls, is described as peppers, onions, and mozzarella. Order the hero if you want the sandwich in the photo.

The photo shows that hero cut in half: sausage and peppers in red sauce on a long roll. The item page does not print a further recipe, so this post does not add spices or a pepper variety. The shop is at 413 New Dorp Lane. Order at order.bravopizzasi.com.

When the tray is the order

One hero is one person. A party, a house, or an office that wants sausage and peppers for the table should use the catering tray. Prices stay on the catering page. Call (718) 317-1010 to talk through half versus full. Chicken Parmigiana and Meatballs are other trays if the table splits.

The family has made pizza since 1985. This location opened in 2020. A pie still belongs on a mixed ticket. The sausage hero does not replace it unless that is what people asked for.

Hours

The restaurant is open 11 AM to 1 AM daily. The full menu runs until 11 PM. The Sausage & Peppers hero is not on the Extended Hours list. The Sausage Roll is, because the rolls are on that late list. If you are ordering after 11, read the late menu before you promise the hero.

Pickup is at 413 New Dorp Lane. Delivery areas confirmed so far are New Dorp and Great Kills. Checkout confirms any other address. Say an allergy when you order. The kitchen uses wheat, milk, and other common allergens.
