How Many Wings Per Person?

The four orders

Wings come in four sizes. Traditional Small is 5. Traditional Large is 20. Boneless Small is 7. Boneless Large is 20. That is the whole size list. A host who wants a number per person has to do that math from these counts, not from a line on the menu.

Each order asks for a Wing Style. The choices on the item are Buffalo, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Teriyaki, Mango Habanero, Sweet Asian Chili, and Lemon Pepper. You pick one. The photo shows boneless wings with blue cheese and celery. That side is what the picture shows. It is not a second item you have to assume.

Meal or a side

If wings are the plate, a small order is one person's snack and a large order is the share. If wings sit next to a pie, the same large order covers more seats because people are also eating pizza. This post will not turn that into 'eight wings each.' The kitchen sells pieces. You know the table.

The shop is at 413 New Dorp Lane. The family has made pizza since 1985. This location opened in 2020. Add a pie or a hero on the same ticket when wings are not the whole meal.

Ordering them

Hours are 11 AM to 1 AM daily. The full menu runs until 11 PM. Traditional and boneless orders in these sizes also appear on the Extended Hours menu, so a late wing order is realistic. Still read the late list before you promise a style.
