Pizza Crust Types
Pizza crust types here are the categories on the order site: round, square, bar, Chicago Style, and gluten-free. Each one is a button, not a vibe.

What the menu actually separates
Pizza crust types get described online as thin, thick, crispy, and chewy. Bravo's order site does not publish a dough essay. It publishes names. Round pies include Regular, White, Vodka, and Fresh Mozzarella, each in a medium and a large, plus specialty rounds such as BBQ Chicken and Buffalo Chicken. Square pies are Sicilian, Marinara Sicilian, and Grandma. Chicago Style is its own round pie, and the photo of that pie is not a deep dish. The photo on this page is a square Sicilian, so you can see one of the thick shapes.
Bar pies are a third size: the 10-inch Bravo Bar Pies, including Regular, White, Vodka, Fresh Mozzarella, and the specialty bar pies. Gluten-free shows up as Gluten Free Sicilian Pie and Bar Pie Gluten Free. There is no gluten-free round large on that list. Order any of these at order.bravopizzasi.com.
Slices follow the same names
The slice menu repeats the idea in single pieces: Regular Slice, Sicilian Slice, Marinara Sicilian Slice, Grandma Slice, Chicago Style Slice, White Slice, Vodka Slice, and Fresh Mozzarella Slice, plus a few specialty slices. A slice and a pie with the same word are the same style in different amounts. They are still separate buttons.
Stuffed Pizza is not one of these crusts. Meat Pie and Veggie Pie are their own category, with ricotta and mozzarella and a specific topping list printed on the item. If you wanted a crust style, stay in pies and slices. If you wanted the stuffed pie, use that category. The shop is at 413 New Dorp Lane.
How to choose without a lecture
A Regular pie is the foldable round most New York orders mean. Sicilian is the thick square in the photo. Grandma is the other square, on its own page, and it is not the Sicilian. A bar pie is the 10-inch pie for one or two people at the bar. Chicago Style is the named round pie, not a guess. Gluten-free is only the two items that say gluten-free. The kitchen still handles wheat. Say the allergy when you call (718) 317-1010.
Hours are 11 AM to 1 AM daily. Many whole pies, including Regular, Sicilian, Grandma, and Chicago Style, are on the Extended Hours list. The full menu runs until 11 PM. The family has made pizza since 1985. This location opened in 2020. Pickup is the New Dorp Lane door. Delivery areas confirmed so far are New Dorp and Great Kills.
Questions
Which crust types does Bravo list?
Regular round pies, Sicilian, Grandma, 10-inch bar pies, Chicago Style, and gluten-free as a Gluten Free Sicilian Pie and a Bar Pie Gluten Free.
Is the grandma pie the same as the Sicilian?
No. They are separate items, with their own slices. The square-pizza and grandma-versus-Sicilian posts compare the styles.
Is Chicago Style a deep-dish crust on this menu?
The menu does not say that. The Chicago Style photo is a round pie with a tall rim. Order the item by its name if that is the one you want.
