The shape

What is a calzone is a folded pizza: dough closed over a filling and baked, instead of left flat as a pie. At Bravo the cheese version is named Cheese Calzone, and the order site says it is made with ricotta, Romano, and mozzarella. The photo shows a baked calzone cut open to melted cheese. That is this shop's picture, not a generic diagram.

Cheese Calzone + One Topping is the same calzone with one item from the pizza list added. Those are the two calzone buttons.
